Recently the country’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) has appointed Kameswara Rao Kodwanti as its Chief Financial Officer. Before Kodwanti, Charanjit Surinder Singh Atra was working on this post. Kodwanti has been associated with SBI since 1991, brings with him a wealth of experience in Banking, Forex, Finance and Accounting.

On July 04, 2023 Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Sai Heera Global Convention Center in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh through video conferencing. Sathya Sai Central Trust has built this convention center. Prasanthi Nilayam is the main ashram of Sathya Sai Baba. This building has been built in about 56 thousand 500 square feet. It has two auditoriums, both of which have a seating capacity of one thousand people each.

World Junos Day is celebrated every year on 6th July all over the world. The day is celebrated to honor the achievements of French biologist Louis Pasteur. Pasteur administered the first rabies vaccine on this day in the year 1885. This proved to be an important milestone in the prevention of zoonotic diseases. Diseases that can spread to humans from animals or insects are called zoonotic diseases.
