In order to improve the well-being of the employees, the Central Government has launched the “Y-Break – Yoga at Office Chair” protocol. The initiative launched by the Union Government’s Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) aims to help professionals relieve stress, rejuvenate their energy levels and enhance concentration. This protocol includes a series of simple yoga practices such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation.

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has launched an app called ‘ArunPol’. Through Arunpol App and e-vigilance portal, citizens of Arunachal Pradesh will be able to file complaints without coming to the police station. The Arunpole app will provide 16 services in the initial phase such as report, police clearance certificate, missing report, complaint related to women and children.
