Sivashankari is a Tamil writer who has been awarded the Saraswati Samman 2022 for her autobiography “Surya Vaamsam”. K.K. The award was presented by the Birla Foundation. This honor was given to the writer by former Union Minister M. Veerappa Moyli. The award carries a citation, plaque, and Rs 15 lakh in cash.
