Question 1. In which city has the country’s first hi-tech sports training center for the disabled people been developed?

Answer – Gwalior

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country’s first training center for disabled people in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti. This hi-tech sports training center will be named after former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Apart from this stadium, PM Modi inaugurated many other schemes.

Question 2. Which foundation day did the Military Nursing Service celebrate this year?

Answer – 98th

Military Nursing Service (MNS) celebrated its 98th Raising Day in 2023. MNS is one of the oldest and most prestigious services of the armed forces, it has more than 5,000 officers posted in various hospitals of the armed forces. The origins of the military nursing service date back to the pre-independence colonial era. The British Indian Government first established the Indian Army Nursing Service (IANS) in the year 1888. Then on 1 October 1926, the Permanent Nursing Service was established in the Indian Army and it was named Indian Military Nursing Service.

Question 3. India’s first solar roof cycling track was inaugurated in which city?

Answer – Hyderabad

Urban Development and State Municipal Administration Minister Tarakarama Rao inaugurated the country’s first solar roof cycling track in Hyderabad. This innovative track named Healthway is the second track of its kind globally. The track is located on the Outer Ring Road between the main carriageway and service road of Hyderabad, which will be open 24 hours.

Answer – 28%

The Finance Ministry issued a notification saying that from October 1, the GST rate on online games, betting, casino, horse racing and lottery has been increased to 28 percent. The GST Council had decided to increase the GST rate on these services in its 51st meeting in August this year.
