Jatayu Asian King Vulture Conservation and Breeding Center has been established in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. This is to preserve the fast disappearing species of vultures. It is the world’s first Jatayu Asian King Vulture Conservation Centre. It has been built at a cost of Rs 15 crore. This center spread over 1.5 hectares under the Gorakhpur forest area.

Through IBCA India will share good practices with other countries like Indonesia, Brazil and South Africa etc.
