Answer – Jaswin Aldrin
In the Federation Cup in Kozhikode, Tamil Nadu’s Jesswin Aldrin had a jump of 8.42m. With this jump, Aldrin made a national record. It was the second edition of the AFI National Jumping Competition. 21-year-old Jeswin Aldrin won the silver medal at the Asian Indoor Championships with a jump of 7.97m.

D Gukesh won the gold medal in the 44th Chess Olympiad at Mahabalipuram with a record breaking score of 9/11. Hence the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) has awarded the Indian Grand Master with the Player of the Year award. Gukesh is the sixth Indian to break the 2700 Elo-rating mark. India’s youngest Grandmaster to have a rating above 2700. The All India Chess Federation (AICF) has received the ‘Most Active Federation’ award at the ACF Annual Summit.

SpaceX launches NASA’s Crew-6 mission into orbit on its way to the International Space Station. A Russian cosmonaut, an astronaut from the United Arab Emirates and two NASA crew have joined the team in this mission. In this mission, Space-X’s Falcon-9 rocket will deliver four astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS). This is the sixth operational crew flight of Space-X.
