The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has set up a paperless business center at the NBCC office complex in East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi. IREDA is a Mini Ratna (Category-I) of the Government of India under the administrative control of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy.

The new IREDA office incorporates state-of-the-art technology and innovative solutions to eliminate the use of paper and promote efficient digital workflow across the organization. Designed to operate in a completely paperless manner, this office is a remarkable achievement in IREDA’s commitment towards sustainable practices. Chief Financial Officer Mr. R.C. The office inaugurated on June 24, 2023 by Pradeep Kumar Das, CMD, IREDA in the presence of Sharma, other senior officers and employees of the company.
Through adopting a paperless approach, IREDA aims to reduce its carbon footprint, minimize waste generation and contribute to the conservation of the environment. The new office in Kidwai Nagar has been carefully designed to create an environment conducive to productivity, collaboration and employee well-being.
The office has been provided with advanced facilities like dedicated space for yoga, meditation and fitness activities. This will make it easier for employees to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.
Inaugurating the new office, Chairman and Managing Director Pradeep Kumar Das underlined the importance of sustainable practices in today’s world.
