In this, the Indian film ‘When Climate Change Turns Violent’ won the award in the ‘Health for All’ category. This documentary film directed by Vandita Sahariya of Rajasthan. Vandita Sahariya was the only Indian among this year’s WHO laureates.

Thipacha Putthavong of Thailand has been selected for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month.

Earlier, Uruguay had lost the final in 1997 and 2013.
