This award was presented to the writer by French Ambassador Thierry Matthau. 63-year-old Arshiya Sattar has made significant contributions to Indian literature and mythology. He was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award for Children’s Literature in 2022 for “The Mahabharata for Children”.
