However, Sir Tim Berners-Lee created the World Wide Web in 1989.

Apart from PM Modi, other Prime Ministers who have received this award are Indira Gandhi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Dr.Manmohan Singh.

As per ADR report, the average assets of an MLA in India is Rs 13.63 crore.
