The Governor of Goa Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai inaugurated the 23rd Commonwealth Legal Conference on 5 March. Union Law and Justice Minister Shri Kiren Rijiju and Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant also participated in this 5-day conference. 500 delegates from 52 countries participated in this conference.
