Apoorva Chandra, Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, unveiled an e-book titled ‘People’s G20’ on India’s chairmanship of the G-20. Principal Director General of Press Information Bureau, Manish Desai and other senior officials of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and PIB were also present at the release of this book. The book People’s G20 presents the entire journey of India’s G20 presidency. This book is divided into three sections.

Answer – 16 September
International Red Panda Day is celebrated every year on the third Saturday of September. The day is a call to protect the red panda, dedicated to raising awareness about the suffering of these loveable creatures. This day was started by Red Panda Network in the year 2010. The red panda is an animal native to the eastern Himalayas, also found in areas of China, Nepal and Bhutan.

Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia inaugurated ‘Udaan Bhawan’ within the limits of Safdarjung Airport, Delhi. Udaan Bhavan, is a state-of-the-art integrated office complex. It plays an important role in enhancing coordination and efficiency among various regulatory authorities working under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA). It will become the center of aviation inspection in India.

The first MotoGP Grand Prix in India will be held at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida from September 22 to 24. In this, Indian energy giant Indian Oil has entered into a sponsorship agreement with MotoGP. This Grand Prix will be organized by Fair Street Sports in association with Dorna Sports. It will see 42 teams and 84 riders compete across MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 categories.

Hoysala temples are located at Belur, Halebid and Somnathpura in Karnataka. These temples have been included in the World Heritage List of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). These temples were finalized as India’s nomination for consideration as a World Heritage for the year 2022–2023.
