The World Archery Championship 2023 was organized in Berlin, Germany. The final of the Archery Championship 2023 was contested between India and the Mexican team. Indian team’s Jyoti Surekha Vennam, Preneet Kaur and Aditi Gopichand Swamy won the gold medal with a score of 235-229. With this historic victory, India has won the first ever gold medal in the Archery World Championship in any category.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has introduced the AYUSH Visa for foreign nationals. Through this visa, foreign nationals can come to India for treatment, health services under Indian systems of medicine like Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy.
